SISTER TALK (S1 E5): She and Her Mental Health

In this episode, we speak with Igbo-Nigerian psychotherapist and architecture photographer, Amanda Iheme to explore the theme “She and Her Mental Health”. In conversation, we venture into understanding some of the mental health issues specific to young African women as a result of the unique challenges they face in society. Amanda is the founder of NDỊDỊ a private psychotherapy practice which means 'patience'. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Cape Coast in Ghana, and was awarded a Master's Degree in Abnormal and Clinical Psychology from Swansea University.
