The importance of representation in the decision-making tables of public and private sector institutions cannot be over-emphasized. This is a laudable decision made by the board of Transcorp Nigeria for other private sector organizations to emulate. We wish the leading women immense success in their new roles. We are sure to see improved business growth and development in this organization over the coming years.
